What if I give you the wrong details on the order form?
If you make an error in an order the best thing to do is not panic! Give us a call (freecall 1800 799 666) as soon as you notice it and we'll be able to advise on the best course of action, depending on the situation for the particular order.
Unfortunately in instances where a mistake has been made in a registered company, any correction will need to be made directly with ASIC.
Avoid errors by ensuring you complete a thorough review of all information before submitting an application. You can also download a cheklist and email it to your client to check prior to submitting and your order will stay in Draft status until you're ready to continue.
