Setting up a company with NTAA Corporate couldn't be easier! We provide a customised secretarial service to initially complete and lodge the Form 201 Application for Registration as an Australian Company based on your instructions, then prepare and send you a complete company register, containing all necessary minutes and our own constitution. As an addition, you can choose to have your new company formation bound and delivered, or an electoronic download.
Adoption of Constitution
If your company constitution is old or has been lost, you can adopt NTAA Corporate’s constitution, and it will replace your old one.
